The wine cellar is a construction designed to have a minimal impact on the land. Its minimally invasive architecture is more respectful of the surrounding landscape to which it naturally conforms. Based on an eco-sustainable philosophy, we have chosen practices that allow significant energy savings.
It's all a question of sensitivity
Every action is thought out, small gestures that establish the connection between simplicity and perfection. An architectural design perfectly integrated into the landscape is the central processing and ageing facility for our production.â¨The barrel cellar, with French oak barrels, and the pupitre room, where we work our sparkling wines with meticulousness and dedication, deserve special attention.
Inside a stone garden
Our winery is set in a real stone garden, flanking a 17th century lava flow, which has made Etna Park a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A unique and spectacular territory.
The main body of the winery is located south of the land, and its colours reflect those of the soil made of earth and lava. Inside, all our wines are produced, refined and bottled, which then set off to bring our Sicily to your tables.
